Why people notice a dirty fence
A fence takes up more of the street view than you think.
Fences sit beside roads, lawns and planting, so they pick up dust, mould and green growth from every direction. Removing that surface build-up can make the front approach and outdoor areas feel noticeably better kept.

Can pressure washing damage a timber fence?
Yes. Excessive pressure can roughen fibres and leave visible wand marks. The method should suit the timber species, age and existing finish.
Can you clean both sides of the fence?
Yes, where access and boundary arrangements allow. We state the agreed side or sides in the scope so everyone knows what is included.
Should a fence be washed before painting?
Yes, but tell us painting is planned. A pre-paint wash has a different purpose from a maintenance clean and should fit the rest of the preparation work.
Can fence and deck washing be done together?
Yes. We can look at both during the same visit, then scope each surface according to its material and access.
