Yes. Show us the house, gutters, roof, deck, fence or other exterior areas during the same visit. We list each agreed service clearly in the scope.

No. Painted cladding and other house surfaces often need a lower-pressure, controlled clean. Hard concrete or paving may suit more targeted pressure. The surface decides the method.

There is no fixed interval for every home. Shade, trees, coastal air, traffic film, cladding and previous maintenance all affect how quickly the exterior marks up again.

Not automatically. Detailed exterior window cleaning is listed separately unless it is specifically added, so there is no confusion about glass, frames, sills or the expected finish.

Roof washing is a more immediate physical clean for suitable surfaces. Roof treatment works gradually on organic growth. Material, coating, age and condition determine which route is more sensible.

Accessible downpipe entry points can be included. A blockage deeper inside a downpipe or underground drain, or a plumbing fault, may need a separate specialist.

It depends on nearby trees, roof design, wind and how quickly debris builds up. Gutters under heavy foliage usually need checking more often than exposed rooflines.

Yes. Excessive pressure can mark timber, raise the grain, strip coatings and leave uneven lines. The method should match the material and existing finish.

Yes. Tell us what you plan to paint or stain. Pre-paint washing is different from a maintenance clean and does not replace repairs, sanding, drying time or coating-specific preparation.

It depends on the service. You may need to move furniture and vehicles, secure pets, close windows or clear access. We tell you exactly what applies after the site visit.

We may need to change the timing if wind, heavy rain or other conditions make the planned work unsuitable. We will let you know if the booking needs to move.
